|Cooperation with the Confucius Institute|
Mathematical High School formalized the cooperation with the Confucius Institute on Thursday, October 20th 2011. This cooperation will be will enable our students to learn the Chinese language, and to establish contacts with schools of the same profile in China. Classes will be held twice a week in the afternoon in the Mathematical High School. All teachers and teaching materials for these courses will be provided by the Confucius Institute. Confucius Institute is an international name for Chinese cultural centers that operate under the auspices of China and which are established in major cities across the world. The first step of this cooperation is to learn the Chinese language, and then to make contact with the Chinese Embassy and Chinese Ministry of Education to find a school in China that would be interested in an exchange of materials and knowledge of students. When it comes to math , China is the leading country in the world.
